Our thinking

[PLACEHOLDER] Four rowhouses sharing a central landscaped spine, each with its own front door to the street. Materials and massing tuned to the neighbours.

The outcome

[PLACEHOLDER] Completed and occupied. The owners retained an interest in the finished homes rather than selling the land.

The structure

[PLACEHOLDER] Track B — landowners. We developed the owner's land via profit-share, without buying it. The owner kept control of the land throughout.
